PP/PS Single-layer and Multi-layer Co-extruded Sheet Extrusion Line

PP/PS sheet extrusion line is a simple and standard machine among the sheet lines provided by JWELL, which has the advan-tages of high capacity, good plasticization, easy operation and stable running.

PP/PS single-layer, co-extrusion two-color, double-side transparent sheets are used in thermoforming and packing indus-try.PP transparent sheet, dull polish sheet (coarse and fine), two-color sheet and some other sheets are used in stationery industry.

PP foaming sheet is mainly used for folder of stationery industry and separation plate of packaging field, also is used for producing visor,acoustic panel, luggage rack, interior decoration parts,-cover, and box etc. in car interior decoration industry. PS Electricity Conductive Sheet mainly used for packing of semi-conductive electric components, computer products which require no dust, not staticelectricity, no radio frequency or facilities.
