Copper/AIuminum PIastic Composite Extrusion Line

The copper/Aluminum plastic composite production line is a customized production line launched by Changzhou JWELL based on market demand. It can be tailored according to customer requirements to meet the application needs of products in the electronics or semiconductor fields. This production line enables the incorporation of a large amount of conductive materials, such as carbon black, metal powders, and graphite, into inherently non-conductive polymers. The composite materials are formed through methods like dispersion and copper cladding on the surface. Common polymers used include HDPE, PP, PPS, PEEK, etc.
