Description
The thermoplastic composite plate prepared by a special process with continuous fiber-re- inforced tape has excellent mechanical and physical properties. The overall density of the plate is only 1/5 of that of steel plate and 1/2 of that of aluminum plate.
Production process: the upper and lower conveyor belts transmit pressure and integrate the contact heating and cooling system. The composite materials will be uniformly heated and cooled before leaving the upper and lower belts. Different heating zone, cooling zone lengths ,and the number of pressing rzollers will be combined according to different process requirements. By controlling the temperature speed and pressure, the materials will be well pasted and have good bonding fastness, Uniform clearance between upper and lower belts and accurate spacing adjustment ensure that the surface composite material is flat without wrinkles and can achieve continuous work.
