Description
Underwater pelletizing system is an equipment that produces uniform, spherical plastic pellets by extruding molten plastic through a die plate and into a water-filled chamber where it is immediately cooled and cut into pellets, high efficiency, precise control over pellet size and shape, and is suitable for a wide range of polymers, especially Adhesives, petrochemical, masterbatches, reaction extrusion, elastomers like TPE, TPO, TPU and TPV.
Water temperature control system, process water system, control system, and auxiliary equipments, including the diverter, pelletizing water chamber, cutter holder, cutter head, blade sharpening and chamfering tool, heat exchanger, dehydrator, and process water tank.
Unique cutter head design and optimized cutting chamber ensure beautiful, uniform pellets.
Highly wear-resistant die plate, cutter, and cutting chamber design ensure a long service life for the pelletizing unit.
Automatic blade feed, centering, and blade pressure adjustment improve process stability.
