Recycling Plastics Compounding Equipment

This one-step recycling and modification granulation equipment, based on single and twin screw extruders, is primarily used  for recyclable materials such as injection molding, extrusion, fiber, film, and PCR. The recycled materials melted, plasticized,  and pressurized before being extruded through a continuous screen changer and melt pump into the twin screw extruder. With  the addition of high-performance additives. the recycled material possesses physical and chemical properties comparable to virgin material. This single-step recycling and modification granulation system promotes the sustainability of development.
