PVC Cable material
The PVC cable material pelletizer uses PVC resin as its base material, adding environmentally friendly additives such as a calcium/zinc composite stabilizer. It utilizes a two-stage pelletizing unit. The first stage is a high-speed, co-rotating twin screw extruder, while the second stage is a single-screw extruder.
HFFR Compounds
The core formula of low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin cable compound typically consists of a polyolefin blend resin supplemented with flame-retardant fillers such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide.
XLPE high voltage cable material (one-step extruder)
The one-step method completes the silane grafting reaction directly during the extrusion process. Raw materials (such as polyethylene, silane coupling agent, and catalyst) are precisely proportioned and fed into a twin-screw extruder. Under high-temperature shear and vacuum devolatilization conditions, grafting and pelletization are simultaneously completed. The resulting pellets can be directly used for cable extrusion.
