TPU High-low Temperature / High-elastic Film Co-extrusion Line

Features: Through co-extrusion of 2 or 3 extruders, TPU raw materials with different temperature ranges and hardness ranges can be extruded at one time. Compared with traditional processes, laminating high-temperature and low-temperature films offline is more economical, environmentally friendly, and efficient. Products are widely used in waterproof strips, shoe materials, clothing, bags, stationery, sporting goods, etc.

For special film applications, JWELL has equipped the film extrusion line with an online MDO unit. The uniaxial stretching process makes film forming controllable in terms of tensile strength, shrinkage, stiffness, barrier properties and optical properties. In addition, the lightweighting of films through stretching will continue to lead the growth trend of the cast film industry.
